By creating an account or using Psithuros, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the platform.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use Psithuros.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of everything you publish on Psithuros — milestones, photographs, notes, and messages. You grant Psithuros a limited licence to host, display, and process that content solely to operate the service for you. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to anything you upload.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to harass others, impersonate anyone, post unlawful or infringing material, attempt to access accounts that are not yours, or disrupt the service. A fuller description of community expectations is in our Community Rules.

5. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. This document should be read alongside it.

6. The service

Psithuros is provided on an "as is" basis. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, and we may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or by email.

7. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or applicable law.
